I'm so dissappointed with Wimpy at Secunda, we came in as a group of friends and ordered deserts from our waiter Priscilla. The waiter ignored us for 30 minutes and we kept asking her how long will our order take, she kept saying they still busy preparing the deserts. 30 minutes after waiting she comes back and says their ice cream machine is not working. The manager Nico came to explain and when I asked why did we have to wait so long to get that feedback and I will report this, he responded and said its fine I can report them. Should no sense of remorse and bad service. I'm very dissappointed with Wimpy and wouldn't go back there again.
