On Saturday the 26th I went to Wimpy. My sis and mom ordered a breakfast and my wife and I the Mixed Grill upsized. When the waiter (Simphiwe) took our order I advised that it needs to be well done no blood or even pink. We ordered at 12:45 and received it at only 13:20. The breakfast was fine but the steak in the Mixed Grills was under done. The waither took the orders away and waited over ten minutes for it to return just to still be underdone again. I this time called the Manager (Kwanele) and he was friendly and helpful however by that time I lost my appetite and was dissatisfied with Wimpy and requested the meals to be cancelled. My complaint is that I had to wait over 45 minutes for my meals and sent it back and received it back underdone again. While waiting for the meals the waiter brought about 4 incorrect drinks and drinks that we never ordered, he also never repeated our orders when he wrote it down for accuracy or apologised for anything. The manager cancelled the mixed grills and advised its removed off the bill. When leaving the waiter brought us a bill with over R300 on it and I needed to speak again with manager about that. After about an hour left without eating.
