I was at Wimpy Pretty Gardens with my family. After waiting nearly 10 min just for a waiter to take our order, was already bad enough, but that's just the start. After 30 min I went to the counter to ask why its taking so long. Turns out our order wasn't placed.
I asked to see the manager, he did nothing. He asked me to identify the waiter which I did, that's all. Anyone can make n mistake I understand that. After talking to the waiter she denied taking our order!!! Our waiter in a wimpy costume vanished??? She blatantly in my face and said she wasn't our waiter. Instead of rectifying the mishap they spend their time looking for this mysterious person disguised in a wimpy costume.
It was actually funny I started laughing out loud and left. Please visit Traimerai next door if you do not wish to share the same experience. As I heard wimpy's service in general are not up to standard. Please read the waitrons name out loud so that they know you know your waiter. If you do not believe me, please help them search for this mysterious clown.
