I don't complain nearly enough about Upington's KFC so this is a combination of like 10 complaints.
In the last 10 times we went to KFC I don't think we ever got the right containers for our food. My son always orders pops and the pops are 9 out of ten times in a chips container. He always never gets a spoon for his mash and serviettes, salt and tomato sause are like the weather. You never know if you are going to get.
The real complaint is actually that for the last 2 times we went to kfc I asked for a regular fillet on my Boxmaster. Tonight I told them again that I don't like hot food and spoke about the mistake of last time but again, I got that hot spicy fillet I hate so much!
We stopped eating chicken pieces at Upington kfc a long time ago because its like eating oil bombs and Im fine with that but if I can't trust that my order is right, ill rather buy somewhere else.
PS I buy chicken from the owners branch in Springbok and they are light years better than Upington.
