Hi, we then went to eat lunch at the only available restaurant at the Water park - Wimpy. We waited for 20 minutes and we didn't receive service from any of the waiters. I had to wake up and take the menus for the family. After 10 minutes a waiter came to us, we then gave the order at the same time. We then waited 50 minutes for our food to come to us.
We ordered a Dagwood, a burger and 3 plates of schnitzels. The burger was fine, however; Dagwood was partly raw (ate it because he was very hungry at this time) & the 3 plates of schnitzels which was ridiculously burnt.
I then got hold of the manager and showed him our food. He took the 3 plates of schnitzels away. When he came back after 10 minutes (which was a surprise that the food came back so quick after complaining), he brought another 3 new plates of schnitzels. These schnitzels where also burnt and two of the plates had "half sized schnitzels".
We were extremely hungry by this time and we ate the burnt food and went to pay, it then took 10 minutes to pay. I have photos!
I then asked the manager to write his name and contact details; he and a waiter then started laughing at me, embarrassing me in front of many others!
