Felt like Nandos last week on 14/02/13.
Tried to phone them to place an order for collection, both of their numbers were engaged for a while, so I could not place the order to collect.
Went into the store, waited in a line for 15 min before they took my order. Once my order was placed, I waited from 18:43 until 19:18 for a cheese burger meal and a pita with cheese. Once I got home, the pita did not have cheese on it.
When the guy handed my food to me, he asked what cool drink I wanted and I said "Iron Bru". He went to the fridge, grabbed a can of coke (which looked like it had been ran over - dented) and walked away. Eventually did get my non-assualted can of Iron Bru, but will not be back to that branch until they have sorted there stuff out.
Ever since the Nandos moved into the new location, its just gone down hill. Even when I do get through to place an order for collection, I always have to wait in the same line for 15min to eventually get to the front and pay for foods that is waiting. What is the use of ordering for collection if you still have to wait, and then don't get what you want and have paid for.
