This evening at 5.30pm I contacted our local nando's to place an order for myself to collect. The call was answered by a lady. I asked for 2 chicken liver starters one mild and one tangy tomato. I also ordered a Cheese burger combo large tangy tomato and chicken strips and rice lemon and herb. I had the feeling she was not correctly recording my order so I asked her to repeat it to me. she repeated 2 chicken livers tangy tomato one chicken one rice mild and a cheese burger and a packet of chips. I corrected her and said no a cheese burger combo LARGE she replied "yes lots"i said no, large like big. After I corrected her in all her recorded mistakes she put the phone down. I raced to Nando's to prevent anything going wrong. I got there and was asked my order number. I had not been given one. I then checked my bag. I had a normal cheese burger combo not large, I had a starter chicken livers and then a main meal chicken livers. I thought for some reason with a combo I would receive a coke so I asked them and got thick attitude " NO IT DOESNT COME WITH COKE! " I was handed my "complete" order which I checked and was then missing my chicken livers. Never Again!
