My wife and I decided to order from Nandos Peri-Deli (Broadacres) using their delivery service. It is just a couple of blocks away from us and should only take a couple of minutes for delivery. I placed the order with Patience who happened to be the manager. I ordered two lemon and herb chicken wraps with extra cheese and wedges. I first got attitude about requesting the extra cheese, which I normally order and pay for anyway. Our order arrived an hour later and instead of lemon and herb, we got HOT! I do not eat hot food. I phoned back to complain, the phone was engaged for at least half an hour. We were so angry, I decided to drive to Nandos. I managed to speak to Patience who again gave me attitude and said angrily that she would re-do the meal. I did spot the phone, on the food warmer.. clearly the reason why it was engaged when I tried to phone in the first place. I've never had an issue with this specific Nandos Peri-Deli, and it is not like me to complain. But this is unacceptable. This is how one person destroys the reputation of such a good take-away store.
