I am not impressed at all with the bad service and standard of food from Nandos drive thru. First of all i ordered myself a pita meal from the drive thru. After i paid the first cashier i drove over to the second cashier. She gave me my cold-drink and then i waited over 15min for my food!!! I mean really thats ridiculous for a drive through. No one said anything to me yet they saw me waiting. Eventually i received my food and drove to the car park as i began eating my pita bread i noticed it was so burnt and cold that i could not even eat it, it really tasted bad. Funy enough that this is not the first time that i had a bad experience with your drive through at the mall at reds!!! Really please do something about your staff before you loose customers due to bad service...
