Placed an order at nandos yeoville at 17.32, we were being served by the manager himself. At 18.13, we still had not received our food. Upon enquiry, we were told that they'd run out of cheese for the burgers we'd ordered. We then had to change our orders. We waited till 18:45 and still no food came. When I approached the counter, a lady shoved my order into my hands and walked off, swearing at me! The rest of the order wasn't ready. We finally asked for a refund which took another 15 minutes. When I got home and opened the kiddies meal, the drumsticks were half done!
Why are we being given such poor service?
I was very disappointed to say the least and most definitely will NOT be going back to nandos.
I work in the retail sector and value my clients because THEY pay my bills.
