We called in an order to primi piatti midrand, carlswold center yesterday afternoon for 2 rekko pastas and both full portions. when i got there i was given one full and one half portion. the waiter and manager alike in mentality refused to change the order and insisted we ordered wrong. if i wanted to now get the half portion in a full portion then i must pay an additional R55. which means although a full portion is R65 i must now pay R110 for a full portion. they never not once bothered their waiter took the order wrong. nor apologized. they plain down refused and i had to pay and leave considering this was supper and it was getting cold and late. i enjoy primi food and we constantly buying from there but unfortunately we will no longer support them. very disapointing.
