On Monday 27th of January was my birthday and my son's birthday, despite it being before my payday and January disease, I sacrificed to go and give my son a treat at Spur his favorite eating place. He was so excited and even mentioned to me that he had his SPUR Secret Tribe Totem card which he can have a birthday meal and a free drink as had been informed when he got his card. When we arrived we asked the waitress and she bluntly told us that was not true until I insisted she checked as we were promised that that's when she took the card and went to check in the system only to come back and tell me that that card is not even registered in the system, ordered 2 Monday specials and a meal for my son, then the order came back as 1 Monday special meal and my son's meal (a wrong order) only to get a "sorry the kitchen is busy s they made an error". Paid for the bill and left without even being offered to have my son being sang a "Happy birthday song " like all the other people who were in there. I must say i was so much angry yet it was my son's birthday and my birthday, it really affected me it will take me time to get my loyalty back for Spur as this happened on our birthday. Regretted
