Spur just cant get it right

Where do I start..

firstly - since my last complaint where I was offered a voucher - and NOT received it over a month later - i should have known then to avoid the Spur.

But during our bad experience at kenilworths Spur, we had signed up our child to the Spur Secret Tribe for kiddies.

so as it was her birthday, we took her to Longbeach Spur last night for dinner.. being a Secret Tribe member and kids rule - accordingly to all the Spur banners in the place..

did she get a R50 birthday voucher??? - NO!!
did she get a free soda for every visit??? NO!!
did she get points on her card??? NO!!
did she get a chicco the clown?? NO!!
did she get so much as happy birthday little girl??? NO!!

we were rather rudely told we have to wait a full calender year from joining the Secret Tribe before my kid is worth anything to the Spur.

so besides the fact that my kid may have been invisible on her birthday at the Spur - the meal of fish and chips which we had was rubbish too.

seriously Spur - shove it!
