I don't know why Spur still bother sending us a voucher for children to visit a Spur on their birthdays. I took my boy their tonight (06/04) expecting a nice birthday treat at Spur. When we ordered the ice cream waiting for the waiters to sing no one pitched except our waiter Arthur. The waiter told us they could not sing cause all the waiters was on lunch. That was at 17H30 in the afternoon??? They didn't even give my boy a balloon or a Spur head band!! It did not feel like his birthday. Spur did not make it a special occasion for my boy. My boy is seven years old. Since he can remember we take him to Spur every year. With great disappointment I had to take my boy to McDonalds to try and make him feel better. Me and my husband also did not order the main meal because the waiter never came back to take the order for the main meal after we had our starters. It was the worst service ever received from Spur. We are really so disappointed. Won't see us soon again!!!
