HelloPeter-my name is Ebrahim i work at one of CT's leading 5star hotels in Century City-on the 25/01/2013 @ 18H00 i contacted Debonairs to place an order for my family-the lady (Chantel) took my order gave me the price and promise delivery in 1hour, i told her it's fine and that my mom will pay delivery guy-at19h25 i called them back to ask why they haven't delivered the pizza yet the same lady told me "it's probably on it's way still" 10mins later my daughter called me to say the pizza was delivered; almost immediately my mom called back to complaint about the pizza"the Quality thereof, i asked mywife to call as i was busy- she came back to me to say the the lady (Chantel) told her the pizza is not the same as when you get it over the counter- Just before 21h00 i tried to call them but to no avail- today26/01/2013 @ 10h30 i when to the shop to return the pizza- i was met by a lady called Ferial who identify herself as the manager on duty- i explained to her in a very calm manner (or so i tried to) what happened and what my complaint is all about- she offered to replace the pizza but my dissapointment in this whole ordeal, i just wanted my money back-the lady promised to come back.
