When my order was delivered, there was a salad short, upon phoning the branch the manager said that his coordinator forgot to pack it and promised to send it as fast as possible. an hour and a half went by and still no delivery of the salad, and no news from the manager to say the driver is running late, . only after a 2nd phone call was made to the manager did the delivery arrive.
this is not the first time i have had problems with the delivery service from this branch. i have also noticed that when placing a order for delivery, the food is not to the same standard to when i pick it up personally.
