At 18h10 on the 31 Jan 2014 I ordered a pizza at the supplier mentioned above to be delivered at my home which is about 3km. The lady told me I must expect for about 1hr to an hour 15min. As I am writing this I am still waiting and it is now 19h55. I called them at 19h27 and the told me the driver already left but didn't write the time he left at. May I please get an explanation why do I have to wait so long for my delivery while staying not so far?
