We ordered pizza from Debonairs-Nelson mandela in Bloem at about 9:00pm. We were told the pizza would arrive in an hour. Only for it to be 2 and half hours later?! This after calling the shop as the ladies tried to look for the driver after they told us he was on his way but we found out that he actually wasnt even at the store at the time. The Pizza arrived with the dot black but after not cooking, waiting for that long and the time being 11pm; and the poor driver insisting on "warming it up" for us. We took it. It was 1 of the worst pizza's I have tasted. 1 of my guests who had been starving said "if they had never eaten Debonairs before they'd never buy it again"
It seems the shop strategically made the pizza arrive at the time they were closed, otherwise we would have taken it back and demaned our money back!
