Yesterday (28 Jan 2014) I went to the KFC in Kempton Park at around 13h00. I ordered a Classic wrap meal, while waiting for my order to be called up, a RODENT ran from one side of the restaurant to a small hole in/behind the pillar right in front of the counter. When my order came, I was not asked whether I was going to eat while sitting or have a take away, instead my meal was shoved into a brown bag while being handed the incorrect drink of choice.
After looking for a table clean enough to sit at, I opened my take away and found that it didn't come with serviettes nor seasoning. I trust that whoever reads this should never return to that branch. I'm still appalled.
