My mother and I went to the restaurant and ordered 2 Moccachocca's. The table was not clean on arrival and the waiter only came to clean up when we pointed out to her that it is not clean. The table was not stable and some of the coffee spilled. We called the waiter and she put some serviettes under the table to make it stable, but the table was still not stable, she then called the manager and the manager then secured the table with more serviettes. The spilled Coffee was not cleaned up and we were not offered a new table or apologised for the inconvenience. We ordered the food and it was part of the special offer a burger, chips and coke. The waiter never came back to us to make sure we were satisfied with the food or if we want anything else. We also did not receive the coke that came with the meal. The waiter brought us the bill and we were only charged for the food and not the 2 Mocca's that we ordered. We pointed it out to the manager and the waiter amended the bill. The general customer experience was very poor and I am not satisfied with the experience.
