Not having visited Nelson Mandela Square for a while my Fiance and myself decided to head out for a late lunch. Once we get to the Square we see a Hard rock Cafe and decided to try it out. First impression is that the place itself is very welcoming. However this is where the issues started, we ordered drinks to which it took around 20mins to arrive and for me to be told they had run out of the draught i ordered so I order something else, 10 mins later it arrives. At that point we were asked if we would like to order anything to which I then had to ask for a menu, Time goes by and no one checks on us so i decide I do not want to spend any more money at this place. I ask for the bill after flagging a waitress, she then asks me to describe who took my order despite her asking if she can take my order a few mins earlier? I received the bill eventually and made my way out not impressed at all. I had noticed that another couple at a table next to us had the same experience and left when their food and drinks didnt arrive either.
Having been excited to try this place the experience was nothing short of horrible! Disappointed is an understatement.
