BAD SERVICE!

On 15 December 2013, my husband and I visited your Ushaka restaurant for an early dinner. We had such a terrible experience and I sent an email to your head office (I got the email address from your website) and did not get any response. I then sent the email a second time and then again did not get a response. We arrived at the restaurant and were seated by the manager. We waited about 15 mins for our waitress to arrive with menus and she didn't even take our dinks order. 10 mins later she arrived back to tae our drinks order, which we had to repeat 3 or 4 times because she kept getting it wrong (and it was only a coffee and a can of sprite!). We then waited 35 mins for our drinks to arrive. Finally we placed our order of a blue cheese and bacon burger and a Hawaiian pizza. 45 mins later our food had not yet arrived and our waitress had not been round to offer us another round of drinks. Finally we called the manager and were told that the pizza oven was broken and that's why the food hadn't arrived. On asking why we were not advised of this earlier so we could re-order the manager simply said it was his kitchen staff's fault. Finally our food arrived and the order was wrong
