My friend and I went to Blue Lagoon restaurant on Ramsgate Beach whilst on holiday. Nobody was at the door to receive us and we had to walk ourselves to a table. Sat there for 15 mins before our waitress came with menu's. There were no drinks on the menu and asked her for one, she said that they dont have a drinks menu, just order anything, they have it. She then took another 15 mins to come take our order. I ordered the food and drinks the same time as the service already sucked. Our drinks got there 15 mins after. Then the food came, i asked for condiments, she didnt have a clue what i was talking about, i had to explain what those were. I ordered a English breakfast and instructed that I want hard eggs, brown toast and meduim rare steak. I got soft eggs, white toast and a charcoaled steak. I sent it back, as she gets back to me she hits my plate against the table and says "are you happy now? ". I walked up to the counter where the OWNER stands and told him about my bad experience very politely, he proceeded to tear my bill up, throw it in the dustbin and says "take your and get out of my restaurant:...nice way to treat paying customers!!!
