On Friday evening I ordered 5 large pizzas form Debonairs Centurion. 40 minutes later the pizzas arrived, but 1 missing. I paid the driver for all pizzas and he left to collect the 1 missing as I phoned Debonairs to complain, they assured me that I the pizza is on the way and that I would be refunded because they are late.
The driver came back with the pizza, but no refund...
So much for the "40 minutes or free" policy.
