Two pizzas ordered telephonically at 19:22hrs on 09/11/2013. I was informed that delivery would take place in 45 minutes. Pizza hadn't arrived so I called again at 20:16hrs, pizzas had left shop, called again at 20:34 as pizzas still not delivered. Received a call from delivery rider at 20:35hrs asking for directions. If it was my first order from Pizza Perfect I could allow a grace period for delayed delivery, however, I have been on the Broadacres database for at least 5 years, late deliveries (and cold pizzas) have taken place before but this is the 1st time service has been so bad that I have cancelled, knowing that a box of cold stodge simply will not satisfy either myself or my guests. Bad show, bad service, bad experience, catch a wake up Perfect Pizza.
