I ordered 5 large Pizzas on Friday 10 May 2013 at 10:45 AM for an office party. When placing the order, I was asked if I would like extra cheese on the pizzas. I declined, as I do not like too much cheese on a pizza. The lady taking the order told me that if I do not order the extra cheese, the pizza would be dry. I declined anyway, thinking that since I am paying for a pizza, a reasonable amount of cheese would be put on. The pizzas were collected. They were indeed extremely "dry" with some areas of the pizza hardly having any cheese. I was terribly dissappointed. Having spent in excess of R300 of 5 pizzas, you would expect that they would have the necessary amount of cheese. This was not the case. I have never had to ask for extra cheese on a Romans pizza, EVER. Yet they always have enough cheese on the pizzas. I guess I know where I will be ordering from in future.
