On the 6th of April I lodged a complain on the kfc site, sent the email to [Email Removed] no one got back to me, I find that so pathetic and it makes me wonder if they treat all complaints like that. However I would still like to share my bad experience on here.
On the 5th of April I purchased 21 piece chicken barrel, chips and two burgers at the Bishop Lavis Cape Town Branch.
I found that the chicken was not completely cooked through it was still red on the inside most of the chicken was still tough and the skin/coating wasn't crispy.
I know you steam the chicken before frying it, but please do a proper job when doing so, its really disgusting when you see half cooked chicken in your plate of food and on top of that you don't clean your chicken properly.
I hope you do something about it, this isn't the first time this has happened.
