On the pizza boxes it says delivery within 39 minutes or it's free. I waited an hour and 20 minutes before my pizza was delivered. It ruined my Valentine's Dinner plans. I phoned the branch just to be told that they are very busy and the 39 minute lead time does not exist anymore. How can it take a business more than 6 months to get new boxes. They don't want to refund me and they don't want to give me free pizza to the value of R259, 60 which was the value of my order. I really think it's pathetic!!!
