SO i wrote a report on the 10th April about Scooters Pizza, their response was that the branch would contact me, I'm still waiting 4 months later. Now i realise why they took their 39 mins delivery off their menus and pizza boxes. Its simple, if management cannot deliver how do you expect the drivers to deliver. I ordered a Pizza on Friday night and after 80 mins passed I called the branch to advise that the Pizza is so late it should be free according to their policy only to be told they removed that policy cause they were loosing too much money, speaks for itsself. I'd appreciate someone coming back to me about my April complaint.
