A week after i have complained about poor service to debonairs they have just repeat again. The owner/manager apologized for the poor service which I have accepted and have replaced the pizza, but on me ordering the pizza for delivery as a free pizza to make up for the poor service it has just gone worse when the pizza came as cold as cold meats an HOUR TWENTY MINUTES LATER. What i am concluding now is that they want to get back at me for complaining, because when I phoned i was told the reason why the pizza is late was because they were very busy, which is not my problem at all.
Debonairs in the words of Hello Peter " I WAS YOUR CUSTOMER", my experience I would have to share with all my friends now. I am sure Scooters and Romans would appreciate my business more.
