It is a disgrace the type of customer service i received from the manager olga at von brandis street nandos in johannesbyrg.the person at the till even appologised on her behalf. she has no customer service and does not look into the interest of the customer.
every one else in that branch is so helpfull and always has a smile.due to her attitude i will not visit that nandos branch again n will not refer it to anyone in a hurry
