On Wednesday i visited the above branch. I wanted to buy half chicken meal and requested that they make it both legs as I don't like chicken breast. Lebogang said she will find out from the kitchen if this is possible. She came back and told me that the kitchen refused my request. When I asked her how come other Nandos branches don't have a problem when the same is requested, her reply was 'We don't do that in this branch'with an attitude. Now being a Nandos fan, I was dissapointed I ended up buying a quarter chickken which also tasted like boiled chicken. I will never support this branch, they must visit Nandos at Carnivall Mall and Chilli lane, they will learn a thing or two there in terms of customer service.
