Order all the time at Nandos and specifically the westwood branch however on numerous times the food is not up to standard and worst is the attitude. The staff have such big attitudes one would think they are the owners. yesterday i was very upset with the service and called the customer careline but to my horror the lady was with a no care attitude and wasnt even listening to my issues. Its seems the culture of nandos is not one of valuing a customer and I will NEVER eat at a Nandos again. Theres plenty of other chicken restaurants that service good food and offer great service. Catch a wakeup Nandos!
