The customer service at Nandos Broadacres is absolutely disgraceful. I called in on 15/03 to place an order for delivery. I was told to hold on and the receiver was abruptly placed on the counter even before I could ask why. This branch has 2 lines and I then heard the other phone ring. The same guy that answered my call then answered the new call. He proceeded to assist that caller while I held on for over 3 minutes. I was furious and asked to speak to the Manager. The guy then informed me that he was the Manager. If this is the type of service a Nandos Manager renders then Nandos has a very bleak future ahead.
This is not the 1st occurrence of poor customer service at Nandos Broadacres. Further to the above, this branch never has Xtra hot sauce or even sweet chilli sauce. The excuse you always get is that they are out of stock (past 6 months now). This is truly embarrasing for an establishment such as Nandos.
