Three weeks ago, on 20th March, I complained to Nandos Customer Care that a bottle of Nandos sauce I had purchased, was not closing (the lid merely went round and round when attempting to close it). A lady from Nandos Customer Care called for the batch code, which was given to her. On 25 March Nandos sent a reference number, 31516, to my cellphone. Thereafter, silence.
One would think that Nandos would treat this seriously, as a bottle that does not close is an indication of a problem in the assembly line.
