On the 29th of January I went ot have lunch at Spur Angelo. Everything was going well until I ordered a waffle which they had on their menu. The waitress then came back and told me their supplier had delivered sour cream so they didnt have cream, I then asked her to call her Manager (NICO). I then explained to Nico that I wanted cream with my waffle as per their menu option and he told me that thay didnt have, I then asked him if he could please buy it from the Spar which was close buy he told me that if he does get me the cream he would be doing me a favour I then told him that it wouldnt be a favour because I am a customer and they are the ones who had an issue, he then told me that he wouldnt do this for me again because its a favour. They then gave me a waffle but 2minutes later I found some web looking thing in my waffle. I have a picture to prove it. They then told me that it was material from the cloth they use to wipe the plates. This was totally unacceptable and I am very disappointed.
