Poor service

On the 03/01/2014 my sister and i decided to have brunch at Mugg and bean as we had just booked tickets to watch a movie (starting at 11.45) and had ample time to eat before going to the cinema. We were placed immediately( @10.40) and our drinks and food order were taken by our waiter and our drinks came about 10 mins later. At 11.10 we called and asked our waiter if he could check on our order as we have been waiting for 30mins awith no sign of food, he went away and we waited another 10 mins before calling the manager to ask him to check on our food. He then came back to said that the kitchen did not get our order and that they were busy with our order now. At 11.35 our food came but my order was wrong, they had to take my food back and redo my correct order while i had to sit an wait and watch my sister eat as she was hungry . @11.45 my food came and my side order of chips was omitted. When my chips came I then had to ask that our food be put in a take away and bill to be rung up as we were already late for the movie we booked (thus missing the begining of the movie). We thus paid for Full restaurant service/quality and got take away service. Very Very disappointed.
