POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sunday 12th May (Mothers day).we decided to take our mother out for LUNCH at mugg and bean the Glen.we arrived just before 2pm and the resturant was not to busy, we got a table immedietly.after 2:30pm the resturant started to get full.we waited atleast 30mins for our drinks to be served.we were 5adults and 1 child.we ordered our food at exactly the same time as our drinks.we then waited atleast 1hr and 20mins for our meal to be served, other customers who arrived after us got there food before we did, this was atleast 3 other tables.who arrived after us and got served before us.wen our food arrived two of the orders were WRONG.my mother inlaw who we were suppose to be treating out her steak was UNDERDONE and still very runny.the manager NICKY had a bad sense of customer skills, she seemed very irritated with us and the fact that we were unhappy she was extremley cold in her apology.our bill was over R600 and we wanted to order dessert but decided because of the service we left.my daughters meal which was a kids meal took over an hour which is incompetant.we have never had problems when eating at mugg and bean we always choose to eat there because of the good food but this was BAD!
