Manager doesn't care

Dear Mugg and Bean,

I visited your Rosebank Store with my girl friend last night. I work in central Africa and service is bad there but congratulations you have managed to match them.

We sat down asked for two glasses of water our waiter left. Came back with nothing but asked us for our drink order. We ordered and asked for the water again. Please note that both glasses where on the kitchen counter. She said she would bring them. Came back with nothing and asked our food order. I gestured at the water she looked confused. So I asked and another waiter please bring our water she said no. Food came and went no drinks. Got the water myself. Asked for the bill we need to make a movie. She 10 min passed nothing we got up and stood next to the till. The manager came and asked what is going on and why are we standing here, told her our story. Another lady standing next to us also had not got any service and was simply left at her table, no one even attended to her.

Now the golden moment, the managers response..."It happens" and she walked away. Got the bill from another waitress. As we left two more tables got up and left as no one was helping them
