In beginning December my husband and i had tickets for a 14;30 movie and decided to go eat something before. Usually we don't eat at panarottis due to bad service and bad attitude but despite our feelings we decided to go eat there because its next to the cinema. we arrived at 13:00 and ordered our drinks and meal immediately because my husband was hungry and in a hurry to eat. I have a 2 year old i asked the waitress repeatedly to bring me a kiddies menu and she didn't, after a while i gave up asking thinking my little one will just have to share with me. at 14:15 still waiting for our food and 15 min before movie, i asked our waiter how long it would take she said almost finished, 5 min later the manageress approached us and said that the waitress never put our order in - what incompetent waiter serves drinks to people for over an hour and doesn't realise their food order isn't in, this incident confirmed why we don't support panarottis and why we urge all our friends not to. we had to leave hungry, my 2 year old also hungry and they still made us pay for our drinks. my husband and i was regular patrons for 13 years when still in old mall, but now they wont see us again.
