Waiter came to the table carring two meals. Dropped the mussel hot pot, burning my sisters finger and hurting her arm as it fell. He managed to save one, scooped up the balance of the Hot pot from his apron back into the pot. We were happy to wait for a fresh meal to be prepared, in the meantime asked the Manager to get something to apply onto the burnt finger, A short while later the mussel hot pot returned, to our horror and disgust it was the same pot, just wiped clean on the outside. We called for a Manager that was passing, he said that someone would be with us, nobody came neither did they bring anything for the burn. As we were walking out another Manager stopped us, she agreed that the meal looked like the same one that had dropped. How disgusting? What goes on in that kitchen I would like to know, what happened to customer satisfaction, care and concern? Just because you were busy does it mean that we have to eat what fell onto the waiters dirty apron? It was the most embarrasing, disgusting, insulting and disappointing experience ever :-(
