Was at Panarottis in Zevenwacht last night for a meal but had to see and hear how staff is being verbally abused by the manager. We sat at a table very close to the kitchen area and could clearly hear how the manager Lee Payne was swearing and shouting at kitchen staff and waiters. The shop was busy yes and they were probably under pressure but it gives him no right to belittle or speak to people like that, even if you are the manager. Managers should have skills how to cope under pressure and people skills but he definitely had neither of that. When people started asking about their order he told the waiters loud and clear 'that the people had to wait and THEY must not complain to him go and complain somewhere else.'I looked at him while his was throwing his tantrums like this in the kitchen and he just couldn't care less about customers hearing him swearing like this he just carried on. Yes people especially youngsters is desperate for work but don't have to be treated like this. We came to enjoy our meal but due to the actions of that manager it clearly created a bad experience for us.
