KFC only Reads Report or a call for appology

What happened KFC? You had a opportunity to keep a customer and instead you just e-mail me to say thank you for the report. Wow??? Your goal these days are to get report and give thanks for such bad reports. Amazing. You go to KFC and with a attitude they tell you Sorry we don't have stock. We cannot help you Are you so poor to buy enough stock. I still cannot believe my ears when I went to to KFC to buy 2 Zingers and I was told they cannot help me. I have been to Germiston, Edenvale and Primrose and if I walk in and ask for a Zinger they would go out the way to make me a Zinger. Not Alberton. When I walked in to ask for the customer service number they did not even know what that was. I will from now on every six day comment on KFC. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THEM. SAD TO SAY THIS. OUR UNCLE KFC WOULD TURN IN HIS GRAVE. I am sure this is the way forward with KFC. Do not care what the customer thinks. There are to nanny more who do not really care about customer service.
