Bad management response: uncooked gizzard

I ordered 2 chicken meals from Nandos at Keywest Mall in Krugersdorp. Both meals, we're quarter chicken breasts, however my wife found an uncooked gizzard. I called on the one waiter, who came to the table, and we informed her of our discovery. She took the chicken back, and came back a minute later to say the order would be replaced.

However, the manager on duty, Mike, came back moments later. He started to explain how the gizzard got in the meal, to our amazement. We explained to him that we were rather shocked to find the uncooked gizzard. At this point, he tried to explain again, to which we responded by saying an apology and fixing the order would have sufficient.. He then tried to explain the gizzard again.

Needless to say, to quarter chicken was replaced as a take away. However, this was not the complete order. The manager Mike showed completed disregard for what had happened. My wife and I were disgusted and put off by the uncooked gizzard. Our supper was ruined
