I go to Europa on a Saturday with my friends to enjoy a lovely supper at Bedford Centre. We travelled all the way from Emperors just so that we can have a meal at Europa. This was probably the biggest mistake ever.
We ordered our meals and waited over an HOUR before it came. The waiter had forgotten our meal and when we asked several times before, we were told it is coming. 1h 30 min we waited before the manager was like let me check what is going on. Then, only then did he ask the kitchen to cook our meal. When the meal came, the pasta was terrible. It was watery and poorly made.
All the manager said to us was sorry. Sorry? Is that all you can say to your customers after they waited so long and you forgot their meal? The waiter didn't even apologize.
Such a lovely restaurant but such service and poor management. I am not happy at all and that is the last time i am going to go through such an experience.
