Making a booking/reservation at Banana Jam does not count for anything, as their bad mannered waiters will move you from table to table to serve only the colour people they choose, regardless of your 'booking'! We were told three times to move, note I say told, not asked! Our table, as well as the' coloured' patrons next to us had to move, yet the 'white' patrons on the other side, were not asked. The manager eventually apologised (without making eye contact) and said they don't take bookings on a Friday and not between 17h00 - 19h00, yet we were being moved around because of a 17h00 booking. And as it turns out, the 17h00 'white' group would not fit at our 'booked' four seater! So why were we moved? We certainly did not appreciate this experience, and have now been advised by others that they have had the same thing happen to them! Your now staff, including managers need customer service training!
