This particular incident took place on 7 September 2013, which was my girlfriend's birthday.
It started of by me making a reservation a week in advance only to show up on time on the day and be told that there are no tables available. We were amenable to wait, which we did for 15 minutes. A makeshift table was then made for us in a corner with no cutlery or salt & pepper. In addition we had to constantly get up from our seating to allow other patrons to move around as our table was in an inconvenient place relative to other patrons.
We waited 15 minutes until we were finally served (and by served i mean our drinks order taken). we then requested salt & pepper. We then ate a 1st course (salad). still no salt and pepper. we then requested another waitron to retrieve salt and pepper. then the people at the next table were leaving so we asked to take their table once it had been cleaned so that we can move from our uncomfortable position only to be told NO as there are other patrons waiting.
requested a refund which i received but the occasion had already been ruined. will not be returning.
