Horrendous service, Terrible manage

My friend and I went to the Lotus Chinese Restuarant to have the Sunday Buffet, we hadn't booked but were begrudgingly given seating.
The staff as well as manger were very unresponsive to us, and for our entire sitting only came to the table once to ask whether we were still okay. On the other hand, they repeatedly went to all the other tables and near coddled the patrons, the manager even made small talk with everyone else. She kept pointing at us and telling us not to leave our handbags at the table when we went to refill our plates as they would not be responsible if anything went wrong, this seems reasonable, however, we were seated right in front of the managers booking table and the handbag leaving story wasn't an issue for patrons who were seated a lot farther back than we were. They were happy to stretch their necks and watch everyone else's bags.
Even more disgusting was their attitude when we were to pay the bill, we decided to leave a minuscule tip as we had not been appropriately attended to, the waiters proceeded to complain about the value of the tip with the manager churning in, "Don't worry, they are THOSE type of people".
Absolutely APPALLING. Terrible manager.
