On friday 27 november 2013 i ordered pizza online from weltevredenpark store. I received online confirmation and sms confirmation. After 90 minutes i phoned the store to find out what happened to my order. I spoke to one of the store employees. I am not sure why this employee decided to answer the phone as he cannot understand english. The employee told me my order has not left the store yet. I am not sure how he gave ne this answer as he never asked me what my order was. So how could this employee find out the status of my order? I then asked to speak to the store manager. The store manager (who also did not ask me what my order was) then told me that my pizza has been made and is on its way. At this stage i realized i am dealing with so i decided to drive to my local indian restaurant and ordered take aways from them instead.

Congratulations debonnaires your BEE staff is running your store into the ground. This was the last time i order from you again. Just to many issues every time. In future i would rather support restaurants with more competent staff members
