Took my money, refused to accept responsibility

I ordered 2 subs online on [URL Removed] - Paid with my colleagues C.Venters credit card.
Expecting to see the order arrive at our office in Melrose @ 12:04 as per the system. Nothing arrived.
We phoned the store on corlett drive to find out what happened as we received a payment confirmation for the R101.40 from [Email Removed]

We emailed this payment to the store to prove we paid, yet the store manager refused to acknowledge this and asked us to reorder and to pay again. This is totally unacceptable as the fault did not with me the customer. It was on the store side and i had proof of payment. The manager still insisted there was nothing she could do for us. As per the store policy we deserved to have our order refunded and the food sent to us on the house.

It was an online order, we are within 1km of the store and it was well over 40 minutes that the food was delayed.
Come on debonairs. Get your act and customer service together.
